Rachael Olukoju
Manager
Rachael is a diligent qualified accountant with audit experience and joined us from a top 15 accountancy firm. With a thirst for knowledge and personal development Rachael continues to study towards further qualifications. She is a strong communicator who is passionate, goal driven and leads by example.
Rachael has significant experience in management and statutory accounts preparation and review alongside a strong understanding of reporting and completion against strict deadlines and budgets. She has acted as Financial Controller/Finance Manager for various clients and has a passion for helping business owners to succeed.
Rachael has a varied experience in a wide range of industries with significant exposure to the travel sector and the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS) with a very personal interest in retail. She is an experienced user of Xero and is an accredited user, which enables us to advise clients on the benefits of using Cloud based accounting packages.
Friendly and outgoing, in her spare time Rachael enjoys baking for family and friends, walking and the gym.
Stephanie Maundrell Merritt
Admin Assistant / Credit Controller
Stephanie has twenty years’ experience within the financial services industry, having started her career in credit control within the shipping industry, Stephanie then spent fifteen years at a leading global insurance broker holding various positions in credit control, event management, sales process management and data analysis, which has given Stephanie a broad and extensive skill base which she applies to her role. Outside of the office Stephanie is married with two children and enjoys spending time with friends and family (and a gin!).
Sukitha Pitigala
Accountant
Sukitha is a qualified (ACCA) Accountant with over 22 years of experience in the financial sector. He has gained a broad range of experience in this time.
Sukitha specialises in providing financial services to SMEs. He is married with two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sukitha enjoys travelling to the countryside and will never say no to a nice glass of whiskey (single malt). Coming from a cricketing family Sukitha has carried on the tradition and enjoys playing cricket in the summer.
