Changrez is the owner and director of TFMC Southend-on-Sea. He is a Senior Financial Management professional with over 25 years of progressive experience.
Changrez has a deep knowledge of accounting and finance with world class educational and professional qualifications. He is commercially focused and can add value to any enterprise through finance collaboration with core Business.
He has demonstrated a track record of building and leading high performing teams and has special expertise in controllership, planning & performance management, process re-engineering and making sense of the numbers to non-financial managers.
David Wordley
David has worked in several local accountancy practices over the years, providing the full range of accountancy, audit and tax services. During this period, David qualified with ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Following this, David worked in several Financial Controller (FC) / Financial Director (FD) positions for start up and SME businesses in fields as diverse as a Harley Street clinic to a mobile home park and a fashion jewellery business to a not-for-profit organisation. Many of these roles involved preparing plans for raising finance.
David has also worked in FC positions in the UK offices for several multinational businesses.
Outside work David enjoys reading and attempting to become proficient at golf.
